Created a Proxy using ReactPHP and a Linode server to Proxy and Parse data on a TCP stream for tracking devices and a fuel monitoring device. 

Handles multiple connections over ports, then takes the data from different protocols, parses them and changes them over to the expect format and sends that off to the other server.
